On December 26th, 1975 the Mintransstroy (Ministry of Transport Construction) has issued an Order No 308:”To found in January 1976 a bridge-building trust No11 located in Surgut city”. The trust was headed by Valentin Fedorovich Solokhin, who was an irreplaceable head of the trust till 2005.

In 1978 construction of the railway «Surgut – Urengoy» in extent of 578 km, the first Siberian meridian, has begun. On the railway «Surgut – Urengoy – Novy Urengoy» and «Surgut – Nizhnevartovsk» "Mostostroj-11" has constructed more than a thousand of minor and medium bridges, hundreds of major projects. Of these are bridges over the rivers of Trom-Yogan, Pyaku-Pur, Pur-Pe, Aymalyaha, Yamsovey, etc.

In the middle of the 80-s' the country government has made a decision on construction of a new railway «Novy Urengoy-Yamburg» in extent of 236 km. The construction trust “Mostostroy-11” erected bridges and other man-made structures on the railway «Novy Urengoy – Nadym». For example, just within initial 15 years of operation (since 1975 through 1990) the bridge construction crews have constructed on motor roads with hard covering in extent of almost 15 thousand kilometers.

By 1990 the annual volume of construction and erection works of “Mostostroy-11” has amounted up 100 million roubles (in prices of 1984), and by this index the trust was the second in “Glavmoststroy” of the Ministry of transport construction in the USSR.

In 1992 “Mostostroy” was reorganized into a join-stock company of an open type and named as “Mostostroy-11” JSC.

In 1995, subsequent to foundation in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug of a Road department, a new stage in development of “Mostostroy-11” began. By order of Department the motor-road bridges over Trom-Yogan and Kattym-Yogan rivers have been constructed, motor roads Surgut-Nizhnevartovsk, Nefteyugansk-Surgut, Yugorsk-Tayozhny and many others have been put into operation.

Within the period of 1997 through 2000 “Mostostroy-11” has executed great work: 258 objects were put into operation, of which 236 were bridges over rivers of Tobol, near Petelino village, Pyshma river on the motor road Tyumen – Omsk, over Kazym river, over Tobol river near Novotyalovo village, over Elets river near Skarednaya village, over Vagay near Genderi village, over Ishim river near Balagany village, over Noska on the motor road Krasny Yar – Gornislinkino, over Noska on the motor road Tobolsk – Uvat and others.

On June 28th, 2002 the joint-stock company of an open type “Mostostroy-11” was renamed into the open joint-stock company “Mostostroy-11”.

The most important projects, honor of the company – bridges over the Ob (2000) and Irtysh (2004) rivers - may exemplify splendid work of engineers, designers and constructors.

In September 2004 a grade-crossing with a viaduct in Khanty-Mansiysk city was put into operation ahead of schedule. The Project was built under the regional target program “Cooperation”. This was the first project put into operation under this program. The beautiful laced grade-crossing, 265 meters long, was built by the “Mostostroy-11”, OJSC just for half a year.

On July 2005 Sergey Nikolayevich Dyadkin was appointed to a post of Director General. “Mostostroy” has completed erection of 19 major and medium bridges on the section of motor road Khanty-Mansiysk city – Tallinskiy settlement and construction of grade-crossing in Khanty-Masiysk city.

In 2006 89 projects have been constructed and put into operation by the “Mostostroy-11”, of which 88 bridges with the length of 4138 m. The following projects were under construction: bridges over rivers of Bolshaya Varyoga and Soukhoy Balyk on the highway Tyumen – Khanty-Mansiysk, bridges over anabranches of Vremennaya, Kashkunova, Berezovaya at the Priobskoye oilfield, bridges over Ishim-river, grade-crossing in Surgut city on the road Surgut – Airport with two exits, etc.

In 2007 construction on the following roads was fulfilled: Tyumen – Khanty-Mansiysk (bridges over Virs-Yoga, Maly Balyk and Irtysh rivers), Surgut – Kogalym, Surgut – Nizhnevartovsk, Sovetskiy – Nadym and others. The following projects of industrial and civil engineering have been delivered: a residential house for 187 apartments in the 9th urban district of Tobolsk city, a chapel in Respubliki St., an administrative building for “SurgutNIPIneft” in Tyumen city.

In 2008 the Meeting of “Mostostroy-11” OJSC shareholders has appointed Nikolay Aleksandorvich Russu to a post of Director General.
